By Marc J. Francis
Before the Corona Virus, in a galaxy far far away ! – a group of artists known as @patternity created the Life Labryinth – an interactive public art installation outside Westminster Cathedral in London.
A labyrinth, has long been used by indigenous cultures as a #meditation and prayer tool, and represents wholeness and connection.
Unlike a maze, a labyrinth is unicursal, the way in – is the way out, and those that walk its path embark on a #journey to one’s own centre before they come back out again into the world.
Right now, may the #coronavirus be our own living Life Labyrinth – guiding us into our own centre amongst the insecurity and uncertainty around us.
And when this is over, may we come out of it with new insights about how we want to live our lives, and how we can make our world a better place.
Onwards and Inwards
Marc
