This was my Baby Mafalda, a tiny and gorgeous Red Lynx that arrived to me with a terrible case of pneumonia and I couldn’t save her.
She is trascendental to me for several reasons that I’ll explain here: First, she was named after my Hero Quino’s Mafalda because she was super tiny.
But most importantly, she was the first one of my kids to leave me since I couldn’t save her and she was the first real Death that I experienced in the 28 years prior to her departure.
Up until Mafaldita and Guille left their bodies, I had not experienced a significative Death and God was it a Renaissance for me.
During the last hours of Mafaldita’s Life, I played her at least 100 times one of the most beautiful Musical Pieces ever composed: “Hymn To Nowhere” by my Beloved Brother @henrysaiz

PS : Surprising contradiction : One cannot wish ill of anyone, particularly sufferers of Covid-19. But expressing human solidarity with Donald Trump in hospital (on 3rd October 2020), Eddie should have avoided saying that he supports the President. Donald Trump in no way has shown concern for nature, the environment and who has two sons who are big game trophy hunters.
